2-hour block private session in studio

Service Description
If you would like a 2-hour block and you don't see one on the calendar, contact me to see if I can adjust the schedule. Two private hours that can be used for : 1. Coaching for effective execution of the movements you have already learned in previous classes or sessions to improve your home or group class practice. OR 2. A private session for clients who have already learned the foundational elements of somatic exercises and have experience with some body zone exercises and seek new exercises to expand their practice. OR 3. Posture rehabilitation. This is a service that would require multiple sessions. Session 1: Intake and evaluation including posture evaluation and photos. This is the session where you share information with me through interview, posture evaluation, posture photos. There will not be time to begin rehabilitation exercises until session 2. Session 2: I share my findings and present your custom curriculum. The amount of time left to cover exercises depends on the length of our discussion. Session 3: This session is typically completely dedicated to practicing the exercises. Posture rehabilitation outcomes are not realized as quickly as the somatic work. Although adherence and correct execution are factors that affect the timeline, it is common that at 3 months of regular practice (4 or more times of at-home practice per week), a person will notice significant changes in their posture and resulting function. It is advised that you engage in a private session almost weekly approximately 12 times during these three months. BYOYM: Bring Your Own Yoga Mat. Dress comfortably and prepare to be shoeless.
