VIRTUAL Free Somatic Sampler Class

Service Description
This service is offered through Zoom to individuals who have a working device webcam, audio, and mic and a well-lit personal space set up for my viewing of their exercise execution. I guide you through the steps and you perform the exercises. Attendees who have their webcams off or are not in view of the camera will be removed from the meeting. This session fee is $15. If you attend the session as described above, you will receive a $15 credit toward any single future service to be used within 6 months. The VIRTUAL somatic exercises sampler class covers exercises for the three most common body zones that exhibit chronic pain. The neck, back, and knee. The class is one hour.
