Service Description

Through somatic and postural corrective exercises, the hip pain relief boot camp will teach you how to release the chronic muscle tension in the muscles of and near your hips. Salvage the treasure among the destruction at The Somatic Salvage Yard. Register for the VIRTUAL 4-week hip pain relief boot camp to improve mobility and strength and reduce pain. Take charge of your comfort. No drugs, no copays, and on your own schedule. Bootcamp details: · 4-week series. · We meet ONLINE once each week at 60 minutes per session · Please cross reference with your local time zone with mine. I am in Pacific Standard Time zone USA. The calendar system and email confirmation will reflect the time zone of your IP address. If you use a VPN with a different IP address location, which may be in a time zone other than your own, this will affect your "local" time shown for the appointment. · $100 for the series This service is offered through Zoom to individuals who have a working device webcam, audio, and mic and a well-lit personal space set up for my viewing of their exercise execution. I verbally guide you through the steps and you perform the exercises. I do not offer virtual services to persons who want to attend anonymously. Attendees who have their webcam off or are not in view of the camera will be removed from the Zoom session with no refund. · A yoga mat is recommended, dress comfortably, and be shoeless. Cancellation allowed until 24 hours before the first session.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation allowed up to 24 hours prior to the start of the initial session of the clinic. As clinics run on a set schedule for the group, there is no cancellation option after this period.
