Service Description

This service is offered through Zoom to individuals who have a working device webcam, audio, and mic and a well-lit personal space set up for my viewing of their exercise execution. I guide you through the steps and you perform the exercises. Please cross reference with your local time zone with mine. I am in Pacific Standard Time zone USA. The email confirmation will reflect the time zone of your IP address. If you use a VPN with a different IP address location, which may be in a time zone other than your own, this will affect your "local" time shown for the appointment. I have package discounts available on the VIRTUAL private sessions but my website host is unable to display them reliably up front until you are booking the service. They are: 3-Pack for 10% discount $202.50 6-Pack for 15% discount $382.50 A private hour that can be used for : 2. Coaching for effective execution of the movements you have already learned in previous classes or sessions to improve your home or group class practice. OR 3. A private session for clients to learn their first somatic movements or who seek new exercises to expand their existing practice. OR 2. Posture rehabilitation. This is a service that would require multiple sessions. Session 1: Intake and evaluation including posture evaluation and photos. This is the session where you share information with me through interview, posture evaluation, posture photos. There will not be time to begin rehabilitation exercises until session 2. Session 2: I share my findings and present your custom curriculum. The amount of time left to cover exercises depends on the length of our discussion. Session 3: This session is typically completely dedicated to practicing the exercises. Posture rehabilitation outcomes are not realized as quickly as the somatic work. Although adherence and correct execution are factors that affect the timeline, it is common that at 3 months of regular practice (4 or more times per week), a person will notice significant changes in their posture and resulting function.
