Service Description
This service is offered through Zoom to individuals who have a working device webcam, audio, and mic and a well-lit personal space set up for my viewing of their exercise execution. I guide you through the steps and you perform the exercises. Attendees who have their webcams off or are not in view of the camera will be removed from the meeting with no refund. This is a 1-hour, VIRTUAL class. Group classes are designed as maintenance opportunities. Learn additional movements for your body zone, improve your execution for a more effective practice, or virtually attend the scheduled, online classes if you know you benefit from the accountability. The class curriculum for this event is a mix of new and repeat somatic movements and posture rehab exercises each session to allow attendees to expand and improve their at-home practice. The maintenance class curriculum is designed for attendees who have already learned the foundational starting elements of clinical somatic exercise, such as through my free info session, sampler class, individual sessions, or completion of a body zone boot camp, to allow for effective practice. You don't have to be an expert, but the foundational features covered at those entry points are not covered in great detail in the maintenance classes. I recommend you use a yoga mat, dress comfortably, and be shoeless. I have a discount package available on the virtual group maintenance classes but my website host is unable to display them reliably up front until you are entering your payment information. The package is a 5-Pack for $100. The calendar system and email confirmation will reflect the time zone of your IP address. If you use a VPN with a different IP address location, which may be in a time zone other than your own, this will affect your "local" time shown for the appointment.
